Tencil vs React Grab
Both start the same way: you point at an element of your running React app and your agent learns where it lives in the code. React Grab copies that context to your clipboard, for you to paste into any agent. Tencil sends it to Claude Code or T3 Code with your prompt, keeps the conversation on a pin on the element, and works outside React too.

Which should you choose?
They solve overlapping problems in different ways. Pick by how you like to work.
Choose Tencil if
- You want the change made without leaving the page: prompt, watch the reload, reply.
- You review a page with several changes and want each one tracked on its element.
- Your app is not React, or not only React.
Choose React Grab if
- You want element context for an agent Tencil does not run, such as Cursor.
- You prefer to paste context into a conversation you already have open.
- You want the lightest possible tool: a shortcut and the clipboard.
Tencil vs React Grab: questions
What people ask when they compare the two.
Yes. They do not touch each other: React Grab answers its copy shortcut, Tencil its comment mode on C.
No. Tencil sends the context straight to your agent with your prompt, so there is nothing to paste.
